WHY US? We are one of the oldest, if not the oldest Real Estate company in the area.



Our "First Lady", Donna Lee Allen, started (in) this business in 1966 and, on her recent retirement, passed the reins to her daughter, Debra Jowers, who maintain the same "family atmosphere". We try to pass that feeling on to you. We hope that when you come into our office as a customer, you will leave feeling like one of the family. Have we achieved this over the years? When people come to us to list or purchase and tell us that we were instrumental in negotiating a sale or purchase for their parents - or grandparents - a number of years ago, it makes us feel good!

Are all our agents and staff family members? Literally - NO, figuratively - YES! We do not engage agents just because they have a license. We expect more! If we've been in business so many years, why are we not bigger? Unlike retail stores, bigger is not necessarily better. A larger store can have sales and offer better prices due to volume of sales. We pride ourselves on personal service as well as consider both buyers and sellers and negotiate a price fair to both parties. In short, we want our agents to display the HIP traits at all times.
